Being a cast member in Thoroughly Modern Millie has been a great experience. It has been one of the more challenging shows for me, but extremely rewarding. As an actor that has been in many productions, I have really enjoyed having the support of the Yorba Linda Spotlight Theatre/Encore! staff. They have been great to work with every step of the way. In getting us ready for auditions all the way through first run through and leading into opening night, I have never doubted their commitment to the craft and presenting a top quality theatre production. The staff is absolutely incredible and are all truly dedicated to this program and seeing it succeed and I know the final outcome of the shows reflects that. I really like how we have been able to form a family of sorts in the theatre that includes all the actors and crew and staff for the show. This intricate network of support really helps you to succeed as an actor. I look forward to doing many more shows with Yorba Linda Spotlight/Encore! and coming back to help be part of that support system after I am unable to perform in the shows anymore.
